How our plans work
Every plan begins with a full roof survey, because we need to know the condition of your roof before we can look after it. If that survey finds problems, from a few loose tiles to more extensive work, we give you a clear, no-obligation quote to put things right first.
How often we visit depends on where you live. If your home sits in a leafy, sheltered spot where moss builds up quickly, twice a year usually keeps things in check. In more open areas, once a year is often enough, and we will be honest about what your roof actually needs.

- Tile and slate replacement depends on the initial roof survey and is capped at 12 tiles or slates per year.
- Plans have a 12-month minimum term.
- We complete the first full roof survey before your plan starts, then quote separately for any repair work needed first.
